We know you’ll love your Olive + Koko Design products, but if it’s not for you, exchanges and/or store credits are accepted within 14 days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away and we will make it right, either with a refund, or a replacement item. Email us at info@oliveandkoko.com to start a return.

*It is rare that items get lost in the mail, but it does happen. Olive + Koko Design is not responsible for missing mail items, but will do everything we can to help you track your order down, report a missing package with USPS/UPS or help recover items.
